LEADERSHIP

withGRACE

We help clients understand how to empower people in teams to enable the whole to become greater than the sum of its’ parts.

“If you don’t know where you re going, any road will take you there!”

Learning how to become (and be) a good captain of oneself is a vital skill if an individual is to excel in their chosen field.

Leading self wisely requires the ability to maintain good balance. Managing both ‘Inner Fitness’ and ‘Outer Fitness’ effectively, is essential to sustaining personal fulfilment and professional success.

Leaders in life offer a quality personal example for others to be inspired by.

We think both emerging, and senior leaders, are wise to engage richly experienced people to provide professional mentoring support, and be more than ‘a sounding board’. Being challenged to grow (and feeling supported in that process) makes a difference.

Exploring how to lead others (effectively) offers a more complex challenge. It is nuanced. It requires a curiosity about people. Our working process offers deeper learning about leading self and leading others.

The best leaders establish a shared purpose for others to follow. They create clarity in the minds of the people they lead. They excel at co-creating learning environments with effective feedback systems.

They acknowledge how different personalities can (negatively and positively) impact groups. And, they know how to integrate people from diverse backgrounds into teams to enable meaningful experiences and desired outcomes.

To serve people in cricket who want to develop their leadership capability, we invite expressions of interest from those who want to be part of Leadership Programmes, Action Learning Sets, and Leadership Workshops withGRACE.

We host quarterly learning groups called ‘Let’s Talk’ also provide access to our digital learning platform to podcast series featuring key leaders in our network.
